ABOUT

Emma has been practicing yoga & meditation for around 9 years and has always loved how grounded & centred in life it makes her. She has worked as an Interior Designer for 11 years and found yoga helped with her posture and alignment after sitting at a desk & computer for long periods of time. It also helped alleviate the demands and stresses that come with the job.


In 2019 she decided to further her knowledge in yoga completing yoga teacher training on the Mornington Peninsula. Having had such a positive experience, she wishes to spread the knowledge & wisdom of yoga to others. Teaching others the importance of breathing, moving & healing.

ALIGNMENT & FLOW

Alignment & Flow pushes you to dive deeper into your practice. The focus is on alignment and breath, and a special emphasis on proper technique helps you refine your form. This is a popular one, so go ahead and book today.

PRIVATE YOGA

Private Yoga is a specially tailored program based on your own personal needs, physically, mentally or spiritually. 

Giving back to yourself the time to concentrate on your own journey of healing.

YIN

Beginning with a mediation yin is a deeply nourishing yoga practice. Poses are held for elongated periods of time allowing the body time and space to release the fascia and muscles.
